 How To Make a Digital Bubble Wall Fountain? Quick Installation Guide for F97 Base & Nozzle & AQUAMAX BUBBLE WALL  # STEP-1: Make the Bubble Wall panel as described in fig 1.0 & 1.1 Use 99.998% pure Chloroform (CHCl3)as glue for acrylic. A small amount of impurity in Chloroform can weaken the joints of acrylic. Also, use a bond on the outside edge. Make sure that there is no leakage in the panel before applying bond 743. Otherwise white cloud will form inside the channel. # STEP-2: Make a Ø22mm hole at the bottom of the panel (One Side) as per fig.1.1. # STEP-3: Rough the flat surface of F97 base with 180 grade sand paper. # STEP-4: Apply the bond (743) evenly on the scratched surface then flip it 180°. # STEP-5: Place the F97 body on panel and match the Ø22mm with the base. # STEP-6: Wait 5 min for curing then reapply the bond on the edge of the F97 body. # STEP-7: Repeat the glue to satisfy the strength & leave it for 30 min. # STEP-8: Now the body installati...
